6. Smoky Paprika & Pepita Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup (30g) pepitas (pumpkin seeds), roughly chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup (60ml) water
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix dry ingredients (flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt) and pepitas.
  2. Add olive oil and water; stir into a stiff dough. Roll out to ⅛” thick.
  3. Cut into squares, prick with a fork, and bake for 12–15 mins until crisp.

7. Lemon-Pepper Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (20g) grated Parmesan
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 3 tbsp cold butter, cubed
  • 3–4 tbsp cold water
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine flour, Parmesan, lemon zest, pepper, and salt. Rub in butter until crumbly.
  2. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until dough forms. Roll thin, cut, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 mins.

8. Spicy Miso Sesame Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp hot water

Instructions:

  1. Whisk miso and sesame oil into hot water until dissolved. Mix with dry ingredients.
  2. Roll dough thin, cut, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 mins.

9. Rosemary-Honey Almond Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup (25g) almond meal
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chopped rosemary
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, almond meal, rosemary, and salt. Stir in honey, oil, and water.
  2. Roll out, cut, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 14–16 mins until golden.

10. Cheddar-Jalapeño Cornmeal Crackers

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (70g) fine cornmeal
  • ½ cup (50g) shredded cheddar
  • 1 tbsp pickled jalapeño, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3–4 tbsp cold water
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients, cheese, and jalapeño. Add butter and water to form dough.
  2. Roll thin, cut, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–14 mins.
