Vegan “tuna” pasta salad step by step
- Prep ingredients.
- Cook pasta and chop veg. Roughly chop tomatoes, grate carrot and dice onion.
- Drain brazed tofu and fork the flakes loose. Rip up nori into small bits and stir into tofu. Squeeze lemon over.
