Ingredients of Vegan Mac and Cheese

  1. It’s 1/4 c. of Flour.
  2. Prepare 1/8 c of vegan butter.
  3. It’s 2 c. of Rice milk.
  4. You need 1 pk of daiya cheddar.
  5. Prepare 1 pk of daiya pepperjack.
  6. It’s of Garlic powder.
  7. Prepare of Onion powder.
  8. It’s of Cajun seasoning.
  9. You need 1 box of pasta of choice cooked and cooled.
  10. Prepare of Italian bread crumbs.

Vegan Mac and Cheese instructions

  1. Make a roux using vegan butter and flour.
  2. Add rice milk and cook till roux thickens milk to sauce consistency.
  3. Add cheese to sauce and stir till cheese melts.
  4. Add onion garlic and Cajun seasonings to taste.
  5. Combine cheese sauce and cooked pasta.
  6. Place Mac and cheese in greased baking pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  7. Bake at 400° till sides bubble about 10 minutes.
