  1. You need 1 lb of green bananas, peeled, boiled, cooled and cut into chuncks.
  2. It’s of Brine.
  3. You need 4 cup of water.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of chive, chopped.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of celery, chopped.
  7. Prepare 1 of medium pimento pepper, chopped.
  8. Prepare 1 of small onion, thinly sliced.

  10. You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper or to taste.
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup of cucumber, sliced.
