  5. Prepare 1 tsp of dried oregano (or 2 tsp fresh).
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of sea salt.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of unsweetened plain almond milk (or other neutral milk).
  8. It’s 1 tsp of cornstarch.
  9. It’s 8 ounces of Spaghetti.
  10. You need 2 cups of marinara sauce.

  1. Slice eggplant into thin rounds slightly less than 1/2 inch thick, and sprinkle each side liberally with sea salt.
